What's Included

Four sessions.
One clean GA4 setup.

Each session runs about ninety minutes, live, over video with screen-share. Here's exactly what happens in each one.

01
Session One

The Audit

We open a live GA4 property and walk through it the way you would if you'd never seen it before. Data streams, existing events, custom dimensions, filters, and Google Signals settings all get checked against what the business actually needs.

What we cover

  • Property and data stream structure
  • Existing event and parameter inventory
  • Filters, internal traffic exclusions, Google Signals
  • Cross-domain and subdomain tracking check

What you leave with

  • A written audit summary of your own property
  • A prioritized list of what needs fixing next

Session Two

Event Tracking Repair

This session lives inside Google Tag Manager. We find duplicated tags, triggers that fire on the wrong pages, and events that stopped working after a site redesign. Fixes are applied carefully, so historical reporting stays intact.

What we cover

  • Tag Manager container structure and versioning
  • Duplicate tag and trigger cleanup
  • Custom event naming and parameter consistency
  • Testing changes safely before publishing

What you leave with

  • A repaired, documented event tracking setup
  • A naming convention your team can keep using

Session Three

Custom Reports & Explorations

Default GA4 reports were not built around your specific business questions. We build GA4 Explorations and a connected Looker Studio view that answer things like which channels bring qualified leads and where visitors drop off before converting.

What we cover

  • Free-form and funnel explorations, built live
  • A Looker Studio report tied to real business questions
  • Channel grouping and attribution basics
  • Segment comparisons that hold up to scrutiny

What you leave with

  • A working Looker Studio template, ready to duplicate
  • Two or three explorations tailored to your funnel

Session Four

Conversion Goals & Weekly Routine

The final session maps GA4 conversion events to the stages your sales team actually uses, rather than to whatever felt easiest to set up. We close with a fifteen-minute weekly reporting routine built to survive after the workshop ends.

What we cover

  • Mapping conversion events to sales stages
  • Removing conversions that no longer serve a purpose
  • Building a fifteen-minute weekly report structure
  • A simple checklist to hand off to future team members

What you leave with

  • Conversion events that reflect your real sales process
  • A documented weekly routine, ready to run solo
