Changelog
The curriculum keeps moving.
Here's what changed.
GA4 changes its interface more often than most people expect. This is a dated record of how the workshop content has been updated to match.
Explore interface walkthrough refreshed
Session Three now follows the redesigned Explore panel layout, including the updated technique for building segment comparisons and saving exploration templates for reuse.
Consent signal handling added to Session One
The audit session now includes a dedicated segment on how consent settings affect measured event volume, and how to read that context into reporting decisions.
Weekly reporting template simplified
The Session Four routine template was trimmed down after repeated feedback that the original version took closer to twenty-five minutes rather than fifteen.
Conversion mapping rebuilt around sales stages
Session Four was restructured to start from the sales process itself, then work backward into which GA4 events should count as conversions, instead of the reverse.
Tag Manager cleanup checklist added
Session Two now closes with a printable checklist for identifying duplicate tags and unused triggers, based on patterns seen across several audited containers.
Series restructured into four sessions
The original three-session format was split into four, giving the audit and event tracking repair each their own dedicated session instead of sharing one.
